Session 1 –
INTRODUCTION IN IMPLANT DENTISTRY
Initial examination, medical history, dental records, indication and contraindications, bone biology-mechanism of osseointegration. Requirements, elements and mechanical design of dental implants. Soft tissue considerations. Esthetic principles. The evolution in dental implant design, surface treatment , implant- abutment connections. As an implant designer and creator of the BBX implant Dr.Baez will tallk about the Key points of the manufaturing process and tests to ensure a top quality product FDA approved.
