Female patient 54 yrs with 11 and 21 missing for more than 15 years. Cone Beam CT reveals a significant bone dehiscence at the horizontal level at both sites. Implant surgery is planned and two reduced diametre (3.3mm) Straumann BLT implants of 12mm length are placed with good primary stability, mainly from the apical side of the osteotomy.
Guided Bone Regeneration is carried out with Xenograft (Bio Oss) and Collagen membrane (Biogide). Closure for submerged healing, mainly for better esthetic adaptation of the temporary.
Adaptation of the flap and suturing with a combination of suture techniques, aiming to preserve as much as possible the natural architecture of the tissues.
